Window Makers respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through windowmakers.com.au, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.
Information you send us
When you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, build stage and message. The form is delivered to our sales inbox (sales@windowmakers.com.au) by a third-party form service, FormSubmit. If you email or phone us, we keep the details you give us.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and supply and install your windows and doors. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website – for example, which pages are visited, how long people stay, what type of device they use, their approximate location (city level) and whether they tap to call, email or send an enquiry. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information. It is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
